Even though the beautiful home is over 1,000 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, the layout is quite straightforward. At ground floor level, the heart of the residence is located the large 70 sq. m. living room with a fireplace boasting tremendously beautiful sea and sunset views, an exquisite dining room with unique designer furniture along with the state-of-the-art fully equipped 30 sq. m. kitchen open to the terrace and another one professional of 40 sq. m. for the aficionados of fine gastronomy. The first-floor level boasts 1 VVIP luxurious 85 sq. m. sea view master suite with ensuite bathroom, indoor Jacuzzi, a private terrace facing the sunset and all needed amenities for a luxurious stay.

The 2 VIP suites located on the same floor are equally beautiful boasting also wonderful sea views and ensuite bathrooms. The lower floor level is our favorite, offering 4 VIP suites with ensuite bathroom, sea view and access to the garden and one 35 sq. m. junior suite with ensuite bathroom, sea view and access to the garden.

The residence comprises all the luxurious amenities that one could ever wish for. Among them, a home cinema private room, a cutting-edge gym, a massage room and the Hamman. The highlight of this fantastic home are the outdoor spaces, boasting a beautiful garden, wooden outdoor and covered pool deck with lush sun beds and sofas, a large pergola with lounge and dining areas, and outdoor kitchen, a BBQ and a 120 square meters heated pool is placed to enjoy the splendid sea and sunset views.
